This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information obtained when you install or interact with the GOS Clerk Bot (“Bot”)—also known by the aliases LSPD Clerk, LSCSD Clerk, EMS Clerk, GOV Clerks, FIB Clerk, and WN Clerk—on the Discord platform.

  • Optional Information: If you choose to provide additional information (e.g., feedback, support requests), we will collect and store that content.

  • Personalize and enhance your experience, including responding to commands and preferences.
